This Privacy Policy explains how the PriorityPing application (the "Application") collects, uses, and protects your personal data. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with applicable laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
We collect and process the following personal data: email address and phone number. This data is collected in order to create and manage user accounts, identify users within the Application, and enable core functionality, including call prioritization.
The PriorityPing Application does not record or store call audio, does not store call history, does not store communication content, does not track user activity outside the Application, does not track precise location, and does not collect sensitive personal data. We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your personal data is used solely for creating and managing your account, identifying users within the Application, enabling call prioritization features, and ensuring proper operation and security of the service. Your data is not used for marketing purposes.
We process your personal data based on performance of a contract (providing the Application's functionality).
Your personal data is not sold to third parties. However, your data may be processed by trusted third-party service providers (such as hosting or infrastructure providers) solely for the purpose of operating the Application and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Notwithstanding the foregoing, text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We retain your personal data only for as long as your account is active. Once your account is deleted, all associated personal data will be permanently deleted without undue delay.
You have the right to delete your account at any time. You can delete your account by sending an email request to support@priorityping.io or directly within the Application in the 'Account' section. Upon receiving your request, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, restrict processing, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
