PriorityPing Application

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PriorityPing mobile application (the "Application"). By using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Application.
PriorityPing is a communication support application that allows users to assign a priority level to phone calls (e.g., 1–3–5) to help recipients understand the urgency of incoming calls. The Application does not replace standard phone services and depends on the user's device and network provider.
To use certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, and be responsible for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to use the Application for unlawful purposes, misuse the Application (e.g., harassment, spam, abuse), interfere with or disrupt the Application or its servers, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Application.
The Application may require access to certain device features (such as phone functionality) to operate properly. By using the Application, you grant permission for such access as required for core functionality.
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data (email and phone number) solely for providing the core functionality of the Application. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Application. The Application may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or third-party service failures.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee delivery or receipt of calls, correct display of priority levels, or compatibility with all devices or networks. Use of the Application is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed calls or communication delays, indirect or consequential damages, or loss of data or business opportunities.
You may stop using the Application at any time. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support@priorityping.io. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated via the Application or other appropriate means. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
